This is a great project to work on and I thought I'd share some of the work we've done over the last months for Lufthansa's Airbus A380 print and web campaign. It's an excerpt of what was done to this day, some more shots are going to be done in the next time.
Background photographs were taken by the photographer Jens Goerlich together with hdr environments, Vue was used to generate high-res panoramic images for the air-to-air shots. The A380 was rendered in 3dsmax and Brazil V2, postwork was done at mo postproduction.

I can't post high resolution images but some of them will be made available on Lufthansa's A380 website as downloadable wallpapers soon. There's also some additional info on the A380, so if you're interested in that huge airplane it's a great place to learn more about it.
